Operational objectives Apvienot lauksaimniekus kopīgai lauku un lauksaimniecības interešu pārstāvniecībai. Veicināt lauksaimniecības uzņēmumu produkcijas realizācijas iespējas un stimulēt kooperācijas veidošanos. Aizstāvēt lauksaimnieku intereses lauksaimniecības politikas veidošanai valsts līmenī.
Nodrošināt sabiedriskās darbības tehniskās un organizatoriskās iespējas visu veidu lauksaimnieku sabiedriskajām organizācijām un sabiedriski aktīviem lauksaimniekiem bez nozares, teritorijas, interešu un citiem ierobežojumiem;
Izplatīt informāciju par lauksaimniecību un ar laukiem saistītiem jautājumiem, problēmām, idejām un projektiem. Iesaistīt to apspriešanā un risinājumu meklēšanā pēc iespējas lielāku organizāciju un zemnieku skaitu, un panākt vienotu lēmumu izstrādāšanu un tālāku virzīšanu;
Sadarboties ar lauku attīstības speciālistiem pagastos, veicināt lauksaimnieku kooperācijas attīstību un citas sabiedriskas aktivitātes.
