apvienot zinātnes un tehnikas darbiniekus, lai koordinētu kompleksu problēmu risināšanu, kas saistītas ar ekoloģiski drošu aukstuma un kriogēnās tehnikas, gaisa kondicionēšanas tehnikas izstrādi, ieviešanu un ražošanu, kā arī pārtikas produktu uzglabāšanas un pārstrādes tehnikas un tehnoloģijas uzlabošanu un attīstību; augstākminētās sfēras zinātnes un tehnikas darbinieku konsolidācija; akadēmijas biedru likumīgo interešu aizstāvība, palīdzība civiltiesību, autortiesību, blakustiesību un sociālo tiesību aizstāvība; starptautiskās sadarbības veicināšana zinātnes, tehnikas un izglītības sfērā. |
