Konsolidēt līdzekļus, mantu un ziedojumus visilgāk Latvijā pastāvējušā žurnāla "Karogs" izdošanai;
Konsolidēt līdzekļus, mantu un ziedojumus literāro projektu īstenošanai; atbalstīt Latvijas autoru literāro darbu izdošanu, izplatīšanu, popularizēšanu; rīkot konkursus literatūras jomā, atbalstot ar balvām labāko darbu autorus; piešķirt finanšu līdzekļus un grantus konkrētu mērķprogrammu finansēšanai; nodrošināt žurnālam "Karogs" rakstošos autorus ar nepieciešamajiem apstākļiem un līdzekļiem literāram darbam; organizēt mācības, lekcijas, seminārus un zinātniskas konferences literatūras jomā; atbalstīt zinātnes un literatūras izdevumu sagatavošanu un izdošanu; diskusiju forumu organizēšana. |
