Tālākizglītības atbalstīšana, informatīva rakstura palīdzības sniegšana pieaugušajiem Palsmanes pagasta iedzīvotājiem, kuri: - mācās jaunas specialitātes iegūšanai;
- mācās augstākas kvalifikācijas iegūšanai savā specialitātē; - grib uzsākt uzņēmējdarbību; - grib pilnveidot savas zināšanas uzņēmējdarbības lietvedībā, menedžmentā; - vēlas apgūt svešvalodu vai padziļināt savas zināšanas svešvalodā, datorprasmē, u.c. Apgūt un ieviest dzīvē līdzīgu institūciju pozitīvo pieredzi, kas nodarbojas ar pieaugušo tālākizglītību; Popularizēt un atbalstīt pieaugušo tālākizglītību Palsmanē un tās tuvākajā apkārtnē - kā pašu par sevi saprotamu dzīvesveidu Eiropā. |
