Operational objectives Nodrošināt ikvienam bērnam iespēju augt, attīstīties un pilnveidoties atbilstoši bērna īpatnībām un spējām;
Radīt labvēlīgus apstākļus un sekmēt izglītības procesa attīstību rajona izglītības iestādēs, aktivizējot un iesaistot sabiedrību un pašvaldības;
veicināt vecāku iesaistīšanos bērnu attīstības un izglītības procesā, kā arī sniegt nepieciešamo atbalstu pedagogu un citu speciālistu radošās iniciatīvas sekmēšanā;
veicināt labvēlīgas un izprotošas attieksmes veidošanos pret izglītības procesu;
atbalstīt un organizēt labdarības pasākumus;
atbalstīt daudzbērnu un maznodrošinātās ģimenes;
sniegt nepieciešamo atbalstu vecākiem un pedagogiem audzināšanas un izglītības procesā ar bērniem ar īpašām vajadzībām, tādējādi palīdzot viņiem integrēties sabiedrībā un vispārējās izglītības iestādēs;
iesaistīt augstāk minēto mērķu un uzdevumu sasniegšanai dažādu profesiju un institūciju pārstāvjus, sekmēt pašiniciatīvu;
veikt finanšu līdzekļu piesaistīšanu ar ziedojumu un projektu palīdzību;
veikt citas aktivitātes, kas saistītas ar bērnu attīstību un izglītošanu.
