Kluba biedru un citu iedzīvotāju veselīgas atpūtas organizēšana, fizisko un garīgo darba spēju atjaunošanai un paaugstināšana, kā arī invalīdu un traumu guvušo iedzīvotāju veselības rehabilitācija.
Fiziski aktīva dzīvesveida popularizācija un cilvēku veselības nostiprināšana. Tuvcīņu attīstības Latvijā sekmēšana, augstu sasniegumu stimulēšana šajā sporta veidā. Kluba biedru brīvas, radošas darbības un profesionālās izaugsmes veicināšana sporta jomā. Sporta ētikas principu ievērošana un ieaudzināšana kluba biedros. Organizatoriskā, metodoloģiska, praktiska un cita veida sadarbība ar Latvijas un ārvalstu klubiem, organizācijām, uzņēmumiem. |
