Operational objectives nodrošināt pieredzes apmaiņas iespēju cilvēkiem, kurus tiešā vai netiešā veidā skar jautājumi par iedzimtiem asins recēšanas traucējumiem;
veicināt medicīniskās un psihosociālās aprūpes un konsultāciju pieejamību;
veicināt rehabilitāciju iespēju pieejamību;
studēt un ieviest ārvalstu pieredzi;
veicināt Biedrības Biedru sociālā stāvokļa uzlabošanos;
pārstāvēt Latvijas intereses Pasaules Hemofilijas federācijā un Eiropas Hemofilijas konsorcijā;
sadarboties ar dažādām valsts un nevalstiskajām, lai īstenotu Biedrības misiju;
veicināt iedzimtu asins recēšanas traucējumu atpazīstamību plašākā sabiedrībā un gatavot informatīvās kampaņas dažādām mērķauditorijām;
reģistrēt un uzturēt informāciju par Latvijas iedzīvotājiem ar iedzimtiem asins recēšanas traucējumiem
