Veicināt un atbalstīt Latvijas laikmetīgās mākslas attīstību un tās iekļaušanos starptautiskā apritē;
paplašināt sabiedrības, īpaši bērnu un jaunatnes, izglītības un informācijas iespējas par laikmetīgās mākslas procesiem; iepazīstināt Latvijas sabiedrību ar starptautiskajām mākslas aktivitātēm; pētīt, apzināt un ietekmēt mākslas procesu attīstību un kopsakarības; veicināt Latvijas kultūrvides attīstību; sekmēt integrācijas procesu sekmīgu norisi; veicināt radošās uzņēmējdarbības modeļu attīstību un izplatību; vairot kultūras kā instrumenta pielietošanu sociālo jautājumu risināšanā; ar sarunu un apmācību palīdzību, izmantojot laikmetīgo mākslu kā instrumentu, izglītot un iesaistīt Latvijas sabiedrību kultūras daudzveidības, iekļaujošas sabiedrības, iecietības un kritiskas domas nozīmes izpratnē |
